Colombia La Fortuna hails from a two-hectare estate perched at 1,650 m in Huila’s Tarqui microregion. Hand-harvested Sudan Rume cherries undergo an anaerobic washed fermentation, locking in bright fruit esters before a careful rinse and parabolic-bed drying. The result is a cup that balances clarity with layered sweetness.
